The ACE team was started during the 2009 FIRST Robotics season. Comprised of 10 boys and 6 girls, they range from grades 8th to 11th. With the help of two teacher sponsors and mentors from Garmin and Honeywell, this team is ready to make a big impression during the 2010 season! During the Lunacy challenge of 2009, the team put together a fast-moving, easily-handled machine to compete at the Kansas City Regional. Their driver was one of the best around, and the team's trailer was rarely full of Lunacy balls. They came away from the regional with the Rookie Inspiration Award, and they're excited to be back this season!
